This data will not be shared with third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Magazine subscriptions: this data is shared to ensure delivery of magazines.
Competition and promotion entries are shared with third-parties where explicitly stated, and only where consent is explicitly provided; please see the Terms & Conditions of the particular competition/promotion for full details.
Data Retention and Minimisation
We routinely and aggressively destroy out-of-date and unused data to keep our Users' privacy a priority.
For example, if a User that has explicitly signed up to our newsletter doesn't engage/open for a period of six months, we'll stop sending it to them, and after attempts to re-engage, will completely remove their data from our systems.
Competition entry data is kept for two years, to protect Users, Clients and Events in the Sky legally, in case of any disputes. This data isn't used or accessed unless absolutely neccessary.
