Where is London in the Sky being held?

London in the Sky 2021 venue will be announced shortly.

What is the refund policy?

Once booked, tickets are only refundable if we (i) cancel; or (ii) reschedule the event (due to reasons within our control). Customers may transfer tickets to another person. The new ticket holders should get in touch with us immediately so we can update the contact details on the booking. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure any dietaries and menu choices are updated on the booking.

Customer safety is paramount and events may be cancelled, or flights cut short (and continued on the ground), due to inclement weather. Should Events in the Sky cancel the experience due to inclement weather, or if we are unable to start the lift, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook during the event. Following the cancellation we will reach out to all affected guests via email to outline options and either refund or rebook your tickets.

What happens if bad weather is forecast for the day of the event?

In the event of adverse weather conditions and high wind speeds, we reserve the right to lower the Sky Table from 100 feet to a safe operating height or back down to the ground in the interests of guests' safety. The full meal service will be continued in this safe location. We will attempt to take guests back up to a safe operating height when winds speeds have reduced to within regulation.

Unless notified by email and/or text, customers should come to the event at the scheduled arrival time as the site supervisor can only make a final decision whether to lift or not 15 minutes before the scheduled lift time. There’s a roof on the Sky Table that keeps guests dry, but wind is our greater concern so we constantly monitor conditions and will make a final decision 15 minutes prior to the lift.

We do not refund tickets for an event if (i) the meal is able to go ahead; and (ii) the table is in the sky for 15 minutes or more at a safe operating height.

Should we have to cancel the experience due to inclement weather or if we are unable to start the lift, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook during the event.

What happens if my flight is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19?

Our ability to operate the event may be impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak, and rests on the advice and policies of the UK Government issued as a result of COVID-19. As it stands, we are confident we will be able to operate London in the Sky in full capacity next summer, and there is currently no indication that government policies will restrict us from doing so.

However the future impact of the outbreak is uncertain and there is no assurance that there won't be any implications for our 2021 event.

In any case of a cancellation or postponement due to COVID-19, or any other pandemic, Customers will have the full value of their ticket transferred on to a gift voucher that can be redeemed against a future date. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Do you offer vegetarian options on your Menus?

Yes, each menu will have a vegetarian option which needs to be ordered in advance. We will be in touch prior to your experience to give you more information about your menu for the day and ask for any dietary requirements. Due to the practicality of cooking at height we are unfortunately unable to cater for all personal dietary requirements, but we will do our best to accommodate them as best we can.

How early do I need to arrive?

Plan your arrival a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your meal time to register. There will be an indoor bar and lounge area where you are can relax until your flight.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. Please note some people may find short skirts and dresses to be uncomfortable due to how the harness sits. Guests are advised to dress warmly in overcast weather and for cool mornings & evenings.

Is there a toilet on the sky table?

No, guests must use the washroom facilities on site prior to their sitting.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

Events in the Sky is safe for pregnant ladies, but we don’t recommend it for women more than six months pregnant as they may be uncomfortable in the chair with the three seat belts used to fasten in guests. This is however down to the guests discretion.

Is there a minimum age or maximum weight to participate?

A minimum age of 12 or height of 1.4m applies. Under 18s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A maximum weight of about 120-130kg is advised for guests to feel comfortable in their seat.

What can I take up with me on the sky table?

We encourage guests to bring a camera or phone to take pictures of your experience whilst in the sky. No bags or other items will be allowed on the table but can be left securely in the reception cloakroom.
